Storage of the IP address
We store the IP address provided by your web browser strictly earmarked for a period of seven days, in order to detect, limit and eliminate attacks on our websites. After this period, we delete or anonymize the IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
Usage data
When you visit our web pages, so-called usage data for statistical purposes are tempo-rarily stored on our web server as a log to improve the quality of our web pages. This data record consists of
• the page from which the file was requested,
• the name of the file,
• the date and time of the query,
• the amount of data transferred,
• the access status (file transferred, file not found),
• the description of the web browser used.

2. Data receiver
Data transmission to third parties
We transfer your data within the scope of an order processing acc. to Art. 28 GDPR to service providers who support us in the operation of our websites and the related pro-cesses. Our service providers are strictly bound to our instructions and must meet the contractual obligations. We use the following service providers: Domain Factory GmbH, Oskar-Messter-Straße 33, 85737 Ismaning.

3. Cookies
Google Maps
Our website integrates GoogleMaps to display interactive maps when you visit our various locations under “Contact Us”. GoogleMaps is a map service of Google Inc. (Google).
When the Google Maps map material is accessed, permanent cookies are set. Cookies are small files that are stored on the hard disk of a visitor. They allow to keep infor-mation for a certain period of time and to identify the visitor’s computer. In some cas-es, cookies only contain information about certain settings that are not personal. 4. E-mail applications
If you apply for a job, we will process your personal data in accordance with the appli-cable data protection provisions based on § 26 FDPA (Federal Data Protection Act). We process the data you provide to us as part of your online application for the sole pur-pose of selecting applicants. Data processing for other purposes does not take place.
You yourself determine the scope of the data that you would like to submit to us as part of your e-mail application. E-mail applications are electronically transmitted to our personnel department and processed as quickly as possible. The transmission is en-crypted. Usually, applications are forwarded to the heads of the responsible specialist departments in our company. Apart from this, your data will not be forwarded to any other party. The information you provide will be treated confidentially in our company. If the application is not successful, your documents will be deleted after the expiration of 3 months.
In the event that we may also consider your application for other or future job postings, we kindly ask for a note on the application form. We will process your data on the basis of consent (Art. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. a) GDPR).
Revocation of consent: You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. Until the revocation, the data processing is lawful.

5. YouTube-Videos
Embedded YouTube-Videos
On some subpages, we embed YouTube videos on our website. Calling these subpag-es will result in YouTube content being reloaded. In this context, YouTube will also re-ceive your IP address, which is technically required to retrieve the content. In principle, we have no influence on the further processing by YouTube.
