FAUN Umwelttechnik GmbH & Co. KG and ZOELLER-KIPPER GmbH have jointly acquired 100% of VISY GmbH, headquartered in Dieburg, with each company taking an equal share. Existing relationships, the management team — Markus Fick and Enrico Skrypzak — as well as VISY’s current product portfolio will remain unchanged. With this strategic acquisition, FAUN and ZOELLER are joining forces for the first time in the field of digitalization and intelligent system solutions.

Going forward, the digital solutions of FAUN’s subsidiary KOCO and ZOELLER’s SCANTEC will be combined with VISY’s offerings under one roof, creating a new digital competence center. The aim is to provide customers with a forward-looking, comprehensive portfolio of products and services from a single source.
