If you contact us via mail, you will receive a written confirmation within seven days.
We guarantee that your concerns will be managed confidential and assure internal and external Whistleblower, there will be no negative consequences. This does not apply in case of intentional misuse.
Your contact person is committed to confidentiality and independency. While processing the information, remedial measures are defined and implemented. Any information received will be processed with the management of the company as part of the regular analysis, while protecting confidentiality. The entire process will be documented in accordance with a specified standard.
