Bulky waste – it swallows everything, tirelessly. In the endurance test, the X1 impresses with its durability and robust design. The optimised position of the inner rave ensures the least possible splintering when loading, crushing and compacting bulky waste. And compared to its predecessor, the XXL, the X1 is not only lighter but also has a larger capacity. The muscle man is suitable for all commercial lifters in the ZOELLER product range. In addition, the X1 is of course a member of the MAGNUM Family through and through, with all the advantages of a variable bodywork concept through to the future-orientated focus on alternative drives.

All waste types – one vehicle: Whether loose loading or container emptying in the commercial sector – the Magnum G1, thanks to its robust compaction mechanism and maximum internal capacity, can handle even large volumes of waste in just one cycle. The operator-guided packing plate is mounted on the yoke bearing. Thanks to the unique design of the loading mechanism, the loading trough is completely emptied in a single cycle – with no residual material sliding back.

The high-strength, fully welded collection container ensures maximum stability as well as protection against corrosion and leakage. One-piece side walls make the body both lightweight and especially durable – for high payloads and low energy consumption. The improved yoke bearing further increases service life. Available in standard width or narrow-gauge, ideal for tight urban areas, and optionally with hybrid technology.

Much more than just a big mouth – the hopper has a clearing volume of 2.3 m³, the collection container offers a load capacity of 18 to 31 m³. If you want a little more: The H-variant (MAGNUM XXLH II) offers 200 mm more height with the same body length and thus approx. 10 per cent additional volume.
Rigid, smooth-surfaced collection containers, the use of highly wear-resistant fine-grained steel (10 mm loading trough, 6 mm side walls) and optional additional reinforcement with side and roof frames make this refuse collection vehicle extra robust.
